About The Role – Head - Marketing

You will be a post graduate with 5-9 years experience and be involved fully in an integrated marketing function. As part of a young team and be involved in all aspects of the marketing function from day one. Initially, your role will focus on research and data building but will move to a broader marketing function as you specialize in one or more functional areas – depending on your appetite to take responsibility and demonstrate leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5-9 yrs overall experience
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to come up with out of box ideas
  • At least 1-2 years in managing a social media page
  • Impeccable grammar and error-free writing
  • Keen attention to detail, while taking briefs and while delivering them
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • An excellent communicator, sensitive to language, and comfortable drafting communication on demand
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (Keywords, meta description, backlinks, inlinks) will be a plus
Communication Details –


  • Build, lead and mentor a world-class sales teams with all campaign optimization techniques, category insights to ensure that they are delivering value to their customers
  • Identify training needs in sales team and agency staff, escalate issues with agencies to drive ethical and the highest standards for participating brands
  • You will be expected to work closely with product, marketing, operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand business
  • Managing and leading the franchise accounts to achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Constantly monitor accounts to ensure that there are no channel conflicts
  • Develop a good understanding of the market and the consumer to define/ improve on our product offerings set right communication, and develop a pro-active approach to acquiring/retarget repeat customers.
  • Managing relationship with Vendors and negotiating rates with them.
  • Work closely with top management team on Marketing budget - Planning, delivery and evaluation
